Resolve to Live Consciously: Staying Connected from the Inside/Out

Image
Staying Connected from the Inside/Out By, Nafije Prishtina We use the word consciousness often, but do we know its real meaning, and can we learn to be more attuned with our consciousness?  Let's check the real definition of the word consciousness. Based on the Merriam-Webster dictionary, consciousness is defined-as the state of being characterized by sensation, emotion, volition, and thought. My favorite teacher, David Hawkins, in his book Power vs. Force gives an example to help us understand this important concept. He said: “Consciousness is our true power-which helps us open our mind to more self-awareness!” In other words, our conscious plays the main role in our personal development and growth. We need to be more aware of our consciousness (emotions, believes, intuition and thoughts) as they affect our ability to form our attitudes, our choices and overall our will for life. In an interview for Global Women Academy, Dr. Ervin Laszlo explained that individu...

Self-Management for a Successful Life-Part 2!

Image
Self-Management for a Successful Life - Part 2! In the first part of this blog, I shared how time management isn’t what you thought it is. In this blog, you will read some words of wisdom from God, who also wants you to use your time wisely plus ideas from the 4S system that maximize success using time/self-management techniques. We can all stop bullshiting about time management and start focusing on self-management. Make peace with the reality about time, by recognizing and accepting that we can’t really control or manage time, no one can add any minutes to the clock or go back in time to retrieve lost time.   Live in a real-time truth and remember that our time is limited and there’s no way to know how much time we have until our last breath. Each day we all have the same 24 hours, no matter where we live or what pandemic is raging. We are free and have a choice to determine how we spend the time we have. We can choose to live our life (unconsciously) as if we are ...

I will share the truth about time management. It’s not what you think it is. Read on.)   “Time equals life; therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or master your time and master your life. Learn to manage yourself, and enjoy a fuller, more productive life”                                    ...

Intuition in a Time of Crisis: A Divine Approach to Self Healing

Image
Intuition in a Time of Crisis: A Divine Approach to Self Healing By, Meghan Walsh (Savitri Tera Kaur) "Truth is Your Identity"-by, Meghan Walsh Most all of us get those gut reactions in times of fear, but what exactly are they? And why do we get them? What should we do when they occur, instead of the usual responses and letting it pass approach? Well for one there is Breath, prana, or life force. Second, there is Intuitive Healing, Meditation and connection to the Divine. A calming of the mind and insight from an observer state. And lastly there is movement and energy work to shift the energy that is creating your experience of the situation itself. This is offered through the Technology of Kundalini Yoga and the Path of Sikh Dharma. These are profound tools. These are profound gifts. This is profound power of self. Of soul. In the world we live in today, things have gotten complicated. We often ignore the most sacred and simple things. The natural gifts we...

Don’t Give Up!

Image
By, Kathy Shabotynskyj & Nafije Prishtina As we find ourselves at the epicenter of Covid-19 in the USA, we are sharing this experience with everyone else in the world. That is amazing all by itself. While we are all in this together , have you noticed how time is flying and standing still simultaneously? Inherently, we know time is marching on, but our individual and collective perception of time is certainly skewed. For me, and most everyone I know, life as we knew it has hit the pause button. We are experiencing something special and a new understanding of 24 hours in a day.   Yes, we are facing uncertainty and challenges. I am finding an abundance of time, few professional demands and no deadlines. Being an extrovert by nature, social distancing is an added challenge. I’m squandering most of my time. Is it because there is so much time available? My intention is to be productive. That is not happening. The uncertainty may be a factor. But I am not giving u...

Believing:Staying connected with God from the inside out

Believing: Staying connected with God from the inside out Written by Life Coach Nafije Prishtina   Edited by Career Coach Kathy Shabotynskyj “When we live in peace from inside we have the power to transmit that positive energy that resides in us outwards; our energy and our positive actions affect our internal /external environment and will contribute to BRING MORE WORLD PEACE!” Nafije Prishtina Some things in life we just can't buy ; the feeling of peace is free and it is within ourselves; all we need to access peace is to take our time and reflect on our beliefs. Ask yourself if you truly believe that you are connected with something greater than you! No matter how strong our faith in God, it can fluctuate.   Some days our faith is stronger and some days it is weaker. And the process of keeping our faith in God “as if you were to see God” is the real adventure in life. Let’s remember that even if you were the Pope or the Buddha, most likely y...
